Terms and Conditions for Buyers


These terms and conditions are supplied in advance of further negotiations taking place and therefore any party progressing further does so in the full knowledge and acceptance. If you do not accept these Terms of use, do not request details, addresses or appointment and you must not use this Site.

1.  I will not make any approach directly (either myself or via a 3rd Party or as a 3rd Party) to the Owner or the business and/or Property either personally, by telephone or in writing without the consent of Nationwide Businesses Ltd.

2.  I will submit any enquiries and all offers via Nationwide Businesses Ltd. and not directly to the Owner.

3.  That in the event of agreeing to purchase the Business and/or Property, I will pay Nationwide Businesses Ltd a £3,000 good faith deposit (£5,000 on a Freehold transaction) this money will be deducted from the sales price and will be fully refundable in the event of the purchase not proceeding to an exchange of Contracts.

4.  If I breach any of the aforementioned agreements it is on the understanding that I will be equally liable for the commission due to Nationwide Businesses Ltd.

5.  Particulars are prepared on information supplied by the business owner, whilst every care is taken to ensure accuracy no responsibility for errors or misdescription is accepted by Nationwide Businesses Ltd. You must satisfy yourself as to the correctness of each of the statements contained within these Particulars. The Particulars do not constitute any form of offer and are subject to contract.

Anti Soliciting Clause:

Anyone making direct contact (including Agents, Brokers or Intermediaries) without written consent from Nationwide Businesses Ltd agrees to pay Nationwide Businesses Ltd £1,000 for each address taken from our agency.
